Yes, we do. We use materials of the highest quality. We have been working with our clients & manufacturers to design and craft unique customized pieces for almost 6 years.

When will my order arrive?

As a company proudly founded & based in Texas, we know that our clients aren't always able to devote much time from their packed schedules to shop at our store. At the same time, we know that they would love the convenience of doing so wherever they are, and with the utmost expedience. That is why we strive to provide order processing as fast as humanly possible— in most cases, orders that contain ready to wear items in stock will ship out on the same business day. You will automatically receive a delivery tracking email once your order has been processed and ready for shipment.

How should I care for my jewelry?

All fine jewelry purchases from JONEZ  come with (1) complementary professional jewelry cleaning. We recommend being as reasonably gentle on your jewelry as possible. In most cases, using warm water and a mild soap will be enough to clean your jewelry.

What is your return policy?

For purchases made our No Return Policy applies which is also written on the purchase receipt.

What payment options do you have?

Cash is always accepted. We also accept a variety of alternative payment methods such as PayPal, Cashapp and Apple pay which will allow you to pay your orders on our online store and in our home office.
